Fully automatic die changing system for dies up to 32 tons

We are currently in the final stage of an advanced and fully automatic die changing system for dies weighing up to 32 tons – a solution developed to improve production efficiency, reduce setup times, and ensure safe die changes in the press line.

The system is designed to automatically handle and change between multiple dies with high precision and minimal manual handling. Through modern automation, a stable and reliable system is created, tailored to the customer’s production and requirements.

Safety has been a central part throughout the project, with both machine safety and the safe handling of heavy tools being key priorities. The solution has been developed to create a safe and efficient working environment while maintaining high operational reliability.
